The entire staff was most helpful during our move. We sold our house and moved out of state this year. During this time, we had to cram all of our appointments into a short time span. My son came home on leave from the USMC and got a short notice appointment, my oldest daughter got married and moved away, my youngest got glasses but changed her mind and got contacts, my wife and I got exams and glasses. My oldest came back to pick up her brother and sisters orders because everyone was already gone. It was very chaotic and Travis Family handled everything without a hitch. I hope I can find someone as good here near our new home.

I was there for a "second opinion," and was treated with genuine respect and even humor. They made me feel comfortable and allowed me ample time to check out the wide variety of glasses frames they have available.
