Caliber Home Loans has an amazing Loan Officer and his name Dan Mendoza. My overall experience working with him was great. The reason my experience was great to me is because he was honest, knowledgeable, flexible, and transparent. When refinancing or getting a loan, numbers are constantly fluctuating and at times that can be annoying but having a supportive loan officer, who is willing to sit down with me and explain in detail the process really helped calm me down while numbers were being worked out.
The process was smooth and rather fast. My expectations were met, and my loan officer Dan was available 7 days a week and quick to answer questions. He provided updates as soon as he received them on his end. His flexibility to communicate via text, email, phone, and in-person really help seal the deal. My husband and I work different hours and having the option to communicate in different forms help ease the process.
My experience with the team that Dan Mendoza works with was great too because they helped each other which help me have a positive experience. In the future, I will be returning and continue to do business with Dan Mendoza and his Team. Thank you for your positive words and help.
