They really seem to have forgotten that they're job is to pick up garbage. Terrible ineffective customer service, and supervisors with zero industy experience. No one has any authority or cares enough to actually solve problems. They'll keep limping along in until they city pulls they're contract what a joke.

Either there is a serious disconnect in communication between customer service and drivers or someone flat out doesnt do their job. Weve had missed trash pick-ups and were assured it would be picked up next day and they never show. Weve also been requesting a recycling bin for 5 months. Do better.

How they are able to renew their contract with the City of Fairfield is a secret I need to know. It's always lies on the phone with these folks. My interactions based on customer service have been terrible. The open hours for the hazardous waste drop-off are only three hours? WOW!!! Great job on getting people to properly dispose of hazardous waste. I have to take time of work (and I work for the City of Fairfield) just to properly dispose of batteries, CFLs, e-waste... I imagine most people don't even bother properly disposing of hazardous waste.

The most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. In December I walked into the office and handed my bill to the clerk. It was the 20th of December. My check cleared January 2nd. Then I get a letter telling me it was late. Today my green waste was not picked up because it was to close to my truck. I called to complain and the lady asked if I put the can out in time. The last time this happened the driver moved my can. I have lived up here for 24 years and every single year there is a problem. Poor management.
