First visit and last.
Had no issues with my teeth. Until I left this place.
Came in for an annual cleaning and X-rays.
They do have some new updated X-ray machines & dental chairs. These are gimmicks. ****BEWARE****
This will be your experience..
They call you in take you to the X-ray room.
Spend about 10 minutes taking multiple X-rays.
Then take you over to a dental chair in another part of the office. Sit you back and have you wait a few more minutes.
A dentist doctor arrives then begins.
Not beginning the annual cleaning but a full on 5 points inspection of each tooth. As the doctor passed each tooth she gave out symptoms or adjustments code words to the assistant.
At the completion, come to find out the assistant had been creating a complete invoice which she provided to another lady who quickly typed in various insurance codes and returned with a spread sheet indicating what was needed out of pocket. It was said that I had a 2 crack sealant that needed to be repaired, about 18 teeth that needed sealants, a feeling that needed to be drilled and filled. Total was about $600
I denied the services and the saleswoman pointed out on the spread sheet and tried to explain how little was needed out of my pockets then I pointed to what my insurance was paying and said a discount could be provided if whats being said is needed.
At this time the annual cleaning began. While the cleaning began the doctor and assistant began to discuss to me how the treatment are needed and best to get done asap.
This was confusing to me because I had no issues with my teeth at all.
I decided to move forward with the service they recommended and to my surprise the saleswoman returned and included a discount after modifying the insurance codes. The price came down to $490.
Today its two weeks later and damn if my tooth she drilled into is hurting. I went to my original dentist in Daly City and after telling them what they did my Daly City dentist confirmed the sealants used are of a less quality and were not needed on any teeth but the one that had been sealed a few years back if that.
Dont come here unless you want problems.

So I have a lot to say about this place. First off the staff is really nice and friendly. I had a 10:30 appointment to get a root canal The person at the front desk told me the doctor was running 20 mins behind and there was another person ahead of me still waiting for her root canal Also so I was not seen till about 12. When I got to the back, they seated me and took all the x-rays and everything they needed the girl that was working was very nice and even offered me a phone charger to charge my phone so then the doctor comes in and thats where things took a little turn for the worst. He was very outgoing outspoken loud at times he was yelling for staff to come in and also was saying some crazy comments he was very rough when it came time to give me the shots for the numbing the person that was assisting him with my root canal told me to raise my hand if I felt any pain which at one point in the beginning, I felt a little bit of pain so I raised my hand and he asked me if I had pain and I said yes with my hand and the doctor said its OK Im almost done and just kept working without even acknowledging that I was in pain. That doctor needs to work on his bedside manners. At the end of the visit I went to pay and was told I could only pay with card and not cash which is what I was trying to pay with they need to let their customers know that they can only pay with card and let them know that there might be a delay once they get to their appointment, and I also think they need to have more privacy in the waiting room as I was paying the receptionist was asking me some personal questions and everybody in the lobby could hear what I was telling her so I think they need to have somewhere where they can speak to you in private not in front of everybody waiting . I think I will look for another place the next time I need a root canal.
