Horrible and unprofessional I really was not into the facility it seemed more like a place for kids to play instead of learning and on top of that she gave me a packet but the packet was lost I called to get a new one and the lady said they only give one packet and they already gave away my kids position

Ms. Frazier,We do apologize for your inconvenience, the teacher had waited for 3 in a half weeks for your return when you did respond, the packet you were given was lost. We did fill the position after waiting for some time. It is our duty that the children learn at the facility, to be fair, the time you did the tour was in the evening. We appreciate everyone’s time and inquiries, respectfully.
