Christian and his crew installed new floor support in a tight crawl space. They were organized fast and efficient. The job site was cleaned up nicely. They were all friendly, personable and eager to answer any questions. Would definitely hire them again.

We contacted them for an estimate and had inspector Chris come over. He was absolutely incredible - very knowledgeable and friendly. He was extremely transparent about everything. In the end, turns out we don't need any of these services right now, but I would feel very comfortable contracting them to perform any work based on Chris alone.

BAUs work was called out during an inspection I had done on a home I was purchasing. The seller stated she had a ten year warranty on the recent work she had done on the foundation so BAU was going to repair their fault work and complete work that needed to still be done. BAU completed those request prior to our close of escrow. We unfortunately had to sell the house 8months later, but had multiple offers right away. Unfortunately, we fell out of contract several times because once those house would get inspected the foundation work was red flagged as poor work, sloppy work, unfinished work, and needing a new foundation all together. Several inspections later by all different inspectors yet all coming to the same conclusion poor workmanship! Their poor workmanship, unfinished work, sloppy work, failed work (some of the replaced piers were already failing months after replacement) left my house unsellable at fair market value. I have plenty of pictures showing their poor or non work, several inspections w/same conclusion, real estate contracts showing offers at market price and counter offers after inspections w/massive decrease in offer price, and over $100,000 in damages from losses in value to my home.

Just had a huge lift job done By Bay area underpinning
38 push piers , from the Estimator to the installer everyone was super friendly and skilled. The process was easy and they finished the job for LESS then they quoted me ! They even cleaned up after themselves, I highly recommend them!
