I don't normally go to Boxlunch but my daughter is an anime fan. We both ended up buying something but mine was Disney. A gentleman helped us and was very knowledgeable and my daughter was surprised. He was very nice and polite even though he was the only one working that day with other customers in the store. Next time you go there ask for JJ. I'm sure he will give you the same experience.

I went christmas shopping here for some sanrio items for my nieces. They had a cute hello kitty and friends beanie, some shirts, keychains, and little plush items. i love that they have items from the movie "up". The staff was helpful. I asked for the cashiers help in reaching something that I couldn't. He was genuinely happy to help and I didn't feel like I was burdening him.

Normally I like to go to Box Lunch, but recently, the employees were extremely rude. They were making fun of customers as they walked in and out of the store, laughing amongst themselves like a group of teenagers as they were restocking the store. They should be either reprimanded harshly or fired, as this is not appropriate for people working in retail or as adults in general.

This place never fails to amaze me. Went in looking for some animal crossing merch and was helped by Tiffany! She was very knowledgeable on her floor merch and friendly. Very nice service from both her and Paxton!The great customer service as well as the awesome merchandise is what keeps me coming back here!!!! T

I recommend not applying for a job here at BoxLunch because I was trying to apply to work for them and I was told by the hiring manager who goes by the name Savannah that my application was declined because I had an attitude over the phone with her employee that I was speaking to and that I kept interrupting her. Yes I do interrupt quite a lot but Im trying to work on that and to be honest with you the employee who goes by the name Tiffany sounded like she had more of an attitude with me over the phone then me having an attitude with her over the phone so I highly do not recommend trying to apply here. Its like why I have a business if youre going to be overdramatic over someones voice and someone that youve never met in person before? I also yes I did call quite a lot about my application status over and over again like the hiring manager Savannah said and I know better next time. Also Savannah the hiring manager sounded like she also had an attitude over the phone with me as well. I will come in their store to look around or shop but never to apply to work there.
