Big Bang Boba & Chicken

First time going here, honestly not the best experience service wise. Seemed to be three girls working and one guy. This girl named Leila (i assume based on conversation) wasnt the best service provider. I had a bad experience with her and i felt as though i wasnt treated properly. Wont come here again until you guys get some proper workers who will treat the customers with respect. Boba was good.

it was my second time coming here and i didnt have problem the first time but when i came again the cashier was excessively rude for no reason. She was showing unreasonable attitude, constantly rolling eyes at me. I got her name which was Jazelle. I am unlikely to come here again due to the poor customer service bc I can find it better somewhere else. Please talk to your employees about respectfulness and patience. Thank you.

Where to begin. Ok 1st off restroom is disgusting and they just opened 15 minutes ago. Food, well they advertise items they no longer even have.. Atmosphere, kids screaming, small dining area not exactly clean either. HUGE Disappointment
