DO NOT RENT HERE!!! THESE APARTMENTS WILL FIND A WAY TO SCAM YOU. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS, EVERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I LIVED THERE ONLY 3 YEARS AND WHEN IT WAS TIME TO MOVE OUT THEY DECIDED TO KEEP MY FULL DEPOSIT AND NOT GIVE PROVE OF THE DAMAGE THAT WAS CAUSED! THE MANAGER MARCY SHES UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I AM COMPLETELY BAFFLED WITH THE SITUATION. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO LIVE THEIR!

All Im going to say is ROACHES!!!! Pictures below is the 1326 Building apt 16 is infected with ROACHES!!!!! The roaches are in the WALLS they can send pest control out 1000xs and spray your unit & the surrounding units but if theyre not getting into the WALLS and ACTUALLY treat the problem it WILL NEVER GET BETTER every UNIT at Dover park apts has ROACHES!!!!!!!! They need to have pest control come out & put a tent over all the the buildings to blow it out & get into the walls (THE BASE OF THE PROBLEM )Now if you like living with roaches crawling all over your apt and food etc! This is the PLACE FOR YOU APPLY NOW!!!

This was the worst place I ever lived!!
Management would just come in my unit unannounced when I was home!!
Dangerous neighbors!!
