Mark and his crew did a great job on our stump removal. They were careful to protect windows and the house from any flying debris, and cleaned up the area when finished. Best quote/cost and timeliness of all the Roseville businesses I contacted!

After he missed a few scheduled dates to have my backyard stumps removed, I was eventually able to get Mark to my house to remove a few small stumps. When he left, I looked and found that there was still a good chunk of root and stump left on one of the stumps. I reached out to him to ask if he could come by at his convenience to shave it down. I patiently waited two months to have him come out to finish the stump, but once we set a date, he didn't show up and then just stopped responding to my texts and calls. I understand that he probably didn't want to prioritize a job that wouldn't make extra money, but I feel that for $140 I should have the job completed. I had a friend reach out as a potential customer, and he replied to them which only confirms that he no longer values my business. Now I have to pay someone else to come out to finish the job that I had initially paid Mark for. If you're reading this Mark, I am happy to change this review once the job is complete.
