Steven Vivaldi, CEO has done an excellent job of managing my properties for over 20 years.  He is a real professional who handles everything from finding qualified renters to collection of the rent.  He uses a full variety of excellent craftspersons who get repairs done quickly and economically.  He is able to explain things in a low key manner and happens to be a very likable person. He is also a very qualified real estate broker in case you want to buy or sell a property.I can't say enough good things about him and I'm confident he will do a good job for you too.Lyle S.

I rented from Tim who was good at what he did. He doesn't work for IPM anymore. I would not recommend Steve who is the owner of IPM. He is unresponsive to requests, hard to get a hold etc.. He works alone and does not have any reliable maintenance people working for him. Issues goes unresolved for months.. He is very good at sugar coating and misrepresenting issues to properly owners. Stay away from IPM if you are the property owner or renter. There are many more Property Management Companies around.

I have rented from IPM for over 5 years and have absolutely zero complaints.  I have been a renter for over 15 years and they are hands down the best property management company that I have ever worked with.  The application process was easy, they are always quick to respond to tenant issues and have never been less than professional. In additional, the owner Steve has always made himself available should I have any questions or concerns.   If your looking to rent, I highly recommend IPM.

Great property management good company looks out for its tenants and if something breaks they get it fix fast! I highly recommend them! They're are probably thee best in Sacramento hands down
