Dave made my day. I lost a very important receipt with an important tracking number. Dave at the Fair Oaks Post Office worked with me for about 10 minutes until he located my transaction and reprinted it. Thank you SO MUCH Dave for helping me and others solve our postal problems.
Sometimes it's very busy and sometimes it's empty. Don't take it out on the staff.

Update: September 11, 2023. Ill leave all 5 stars BUT I changed it to Most instead of All. Ill submit a separate review to make this not the focus of the jerk manager Bob.
Has the potential to be the office in town. Most of the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The interior is open after hours has ample amount of P.O. Boxes if you need. The counter service area is always clean and well stocked. The location is safe and easily accessed. And the carriers do a great job, never had anything lost. Thank you! Often a service that goes without appreciation. The manager is a total jerk. Everyone else? Good job!

Wanted to charge me $80 to ship a box that doesnt even weight 5lbs. Im trying to ship within california. $80 is ridiculous. Paid $8 for the stupid box that i cannot return. I specifically asked if theyd charge by weight and if thats all. The lady barely understood me (im speaking perfect english). She tossed my box around when I came back and then told me it was that expensive because of the dimensions. I specifically asked earlier when I bought the box if they were gonna charge me anything other than the weight. Ridiculous. Waste of my time and money and I still havent shipped my package.
