Disrespectful. I don't think I've ever been treated with such hostility by a customer service rep answering the phone. Rude from the word "hello"! The individual provided her phone number in an e-mail, so I called. She immediately said "I don't know you." When I provided context (we've been e-mailing, you referred me to so-and-so), she tried to pass me off to the very person within the organization whom I was calling her to complain about because he treated me poorly. When I said, "Please don't transfer me to that person" she said, "You're off speaker phone. What do you want? Get to the point." Incredibly rude, hostile, and infuriating. I would NEVER trust this organization with a dime of my money. I was genuinely excited to have discovered them, and was looking forward to attending one of their classes after the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. Not now. No way. These folks may have been in business for many years, but it sounds like they've let this go to their heads and now they think they can treat callers like dirt.
