Nicole and her team are absolutely amazing!!! Nicole made our first experience selling a house seamless, from start to finish. From the moment I contacted Nicole, she was highly responsive and incredibly thorough. Within the first 10 minutes of our first meeting, I knew she was very good at her job and that she was absolutely the right fit for the sale of our home. Her market analyses, industry experience, and knowledge of the surrounding areas/homes made me feel very confident in her sale strategies and listing price for our home. Nicole and her team coached me and connected me with the best people right away to prep the house in order to get top dollar. Somehow, Nicole found a way to make the experience of decluttering and preparing our home a pleasant one. She communicated with me during the entire process of getting the house ready and was incredibly responsive and supportive the entire time. Nicole helped me through personal hiccups, timeline changes, and many obstacles that presented themselves before officially listing our home. I truly appreciated her feedback and assurances during this time; it made me feel completely confident that everything would work out according to plan. Because of Nicole's pricing expertise and sales strategies, we received multiple offers on our home within five days of listing. With every offer that came in, she notified us right away, and provided valuable feedback. Her marketing strategies and negotiation skills were strong and effective. Because of Nicoles hard work and negotiation, we accepted an offer at 30K above listing price. I was incredibly impressed with her and her teams straightforward communication during the negotiation period and through the close of escrow, especially their attention to detail with DocuSigns and email communications. The level of detail and support she and her team provide is evident in her ability to close incredible deals for her clients. This was an incredibly personal and emotional situation for our family; and Nicole handled it with a level of grace, kindness, and unwavering support that I truly will never forget. She and her team got this done for us in a very efficient and effective way, and it's because they were on top of everything each step of the way. I will never forget this experience and the level of comfort I had knowing that I was in good hands. The level of care, expertise, and intentionality that Nicole and her team operate under is truly impressive. I will never use another realtor ever again, and I cannot recommend Nicole and her team enough.

In this insane market, where you can get priced out in the blink of an eye, Nicole and her team managed to secure the first house we were interested in and actually saw. With their guidance and wisdom, that house is now our home. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and human. If we ever have to move again, they are our first stop. Would, will, and do recommend them to all of our family, friends, and colleagues.

Nicole and her team were a great help to us in navigating the tumultuous market of 2021/2022. We had already placed 7 offers by the time we met Nicole and Jennie, and placed another 6 offers with the DPC team before finally landing our beautiful home in the neighborhood we wanted with the space we desired. Jennie showed us houses for months on end, Eric helped us get the best financing, and encouraged us to lock in our rate before it kept climbing, and Nicole wrote strategic offers that helped us get noticed. I cannot recommend the Davidson Property Consultants highly enough. My first impression with the team was actually prior to becoming a client, walking through an open house. The open house was informative, professional, and personable. The level of detail put into the open house was astounding and showed me level of care they put into their work. It was then that I knew I needed Davidson Property Consultants in my search for a home. Within 8 days of being a client, Nicole found me a home beyond what I imagined I'd ever be able to find. Her unique strategies are what landed the deal. The entire Davidson Property Consultant team has gone above and beyond during my home buying experience to ensure that the process was as smooth and enjoyable as possible for me. I would not be where I'm at today if it were not for Nicole and her team. Seriously... HIRE THEM, it'll be the best decision you could ever make in this journey!

I am writing this review only to spare any other human from having to deal with this agent. Nicole was hired by us after receiving a card in the mail from her soliciting our business. She was made aware of our future intent to move (by my family member at one of her open houses). Nicole assisted us in purchasing a property. We then agreed to allow her to list / sell the home we were living in. The lack of ethical / professional behavior became clear shortly after listing our home with her. Nicole proposed an "all cash offer" prior to our open house (was a contingent sale). Nicole "forgot" to mention that she was representing the buyer in the transaction as well. Video documentation from her as proof. Will accept partial responsibility for not noting the tiny box checked in docusign. Although as we hired Nicole as a representative to counsel us through the legal aspects of selling a home - this is the "fiduciary duty" of the agent to disclose. After weeks of chaos - Nicole was barred by her broker from further communication with us, was replaced with her "assistant" to complete the transaction; her real estate agent sign ordered to be removed from our property; and she was ordered by her broker to no longer step foot on the property. All in documentation. Again - I am writing this review with the intention of sparing any other persons from this experience with stated agent until the formal due process can be reviewed by the DRE board.
