First time visiting Rimms despite hearing all the positivity from others about their sandwiches. I would not recommend spending money here. I let the counter person know it was first time. I ordered the one sandwich people commonly rave about; blt. Be warned (bc I was not) it does NOT come toasted. Even Subway asks if you want the sandwich toasted! By the way Subway is a much better value. I ordered the sandwich on sliced bread, small Mac salad, and small drink. $20!!!!! Wow, how is this place still in business? Nothing special about the food. Mac salad was simply light mayo, elbow Mac, and some parsley. The food was fresh and that was appreciated but just not flavorful in any way. The staff could do a better job selling their food to a new customer. Cleanliness was ok. BLTs should always be toasted. Again, $20, not a value by any measure.
