KFC

How does a place that specializes in chicken constantly run out of chicken? If you go here around dinner time, most likely they will be out of chicken.

They do not pay attention to what they are doing. I have been there several times and every now & then they forget to include the biscuits! We paid for the meal that they did not complete! Train them well!!!

This location needs better management. The food is generally quite tasty, and the counter/drive thru employees are pleasant and efficient as they can be. Unfortunately the store often runs out of necessary supplies such as certain food items and money with which to make change. Additionally they are often understaffed, which results in waits that aren't acceptable in a "fast" food restaurant. If you're not in a hurry they're worth going to, but if time is a consideration I'd recommend you eat elsewhere

Who ever heard of a chicken place that has no (or very limited) chicken? Yep. That pretty much sums it up. They only had chicken legs, and were also out of the drink flavors we wanted. This was at 7pm on a weekend. It wasn't "we're making more, if you'd like to wait" it was straight "we're out of everything except legs. " Not the first time this has happened at this KFC either. So we went to a second KFC in Citrus Heights. They were out of virtually everything; chicken and sides. We tried a third KFC (I had a craving, okay?) in Roseville. They said they were low on things, but they had everything on the menu. I asked what the problem was with all the stores being low/out of inventory. I was told there was a problem with their supplier. Well, I could believe that if this were the first time this had happened. Also, I noticed Popeye's and El Pollo Loco don't have issues with running out of chicken.
