If I could rate Humboldt Premier Properties higher than 5 stars, I would. When a loved-one of mine passed away unexpectedly, and left me a property hundreds of miles away from where I live, I felt lost. I found Felicia and Mark Costa here on Google, sent them a message and heard back the next day that they wanted to stop by and see the property. They helped me every step of the way of the long process of preparing the house for sale, finding buyers, and closing on a deal. Felicia and Mark went above and beyond in every way, being very quick to communicate, coordinating house cleaners and liquidators, finding buyers, and more. They even made it so the long distance was not an issue at all. If you are looking to buy or sell a house in Humboldt County, I highly, highly recommend choosing Humboldt Premier Properties. I have had a wonderful experience working with Felisha and Mark . I highly recommend using them to sell your property. I was able to sell my home in a very quick time frame and have moved on to Scottsdale Arizona. Im very happy with have known them .
