A Ryan Tieck Process Serving

Like the other post, we sent the subpoena to the Humboldt Sheriff's civil division over a month before trial. Called the civil division 10 days before trial to verify it had been served. They hadn't even tried!!! The witness worked a few blocks from the Sheriff's office. Told us if we wanted it served we should hire a process server. So we did-Ryan. Emailed the subpoena to him and two hours later he called to report the witness had been served. Mr. Tieck is a competent professional. He will talk with you about the details of the person who needs to be served and listen closely as you define their habits of transit to figure just when is the optimal time for service. When he worked for us, he charged a very reasonable rate and was very time-efficient. Other than Mr. Tieck's travel time, it took him only one hour and the harassing man was served after over a month of trying other methods. The Sherriff's Department smilingly took our $40 and literally never made one attempt to serve him over weeks. Don't rely on the thievery they explain away by saying unapologetically, "There's no guarantee." Rely on this effective and professional process server instead and save yourself the anxiety! He also will take the Proof Of Service form to the court to file for you, too. Another strain removed for those who live at a distance from Eureka.
