My husband and I recently worked with Key Mortgage Group (specifically, Dylan and Kathy) to purchased our first home. Dylan and Kathy helped us navigate the process of buying our first time home by keeping us informed of the overall escrow timeline/status, being available and responsive to our questions, ensuring we were aware of the items on our plates (and how to complete such items effectively and efficiently), and walking us through the purpose of various, required documents. Dylan and Kathy also took the time to go over various scenarios with us, and the related implications and outcome each scenario would yield, to ensure we were well informed in our decisions and familiar with our mortgage.
