Annalise helped us through our very first home buying process. She was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to make sure we got to visit the homes we were interested in quickly, and put together offer letters often within only a few hours notice. I was concerned about feeling pressured by a realtor, and I never felt that way while working with Annalise. She was always available to provide advice, but was completely respectful of our opinions and choices throughout the process. I really felt like we had an ally and friend working with us. She visited homes with us and used a critical eye to point our potential points of concern. She always came prepared for every showing with background information on the house. She made sure we had all of the information, and would seek out answers to our questions. I'd highly recommend working with her, especially if you are a first time home buyer! We will be recommending her to our friends and family.
