        The employees there aren't very nice especially the older woman she is very rude. I Ended up buying nothing from there because of that lady. Won't be returning to that store.

        Very rude retail personnel. I’ve never experienced such attitude and outright downgrading. Literally went home crying from how mean the older lady was.

        I was going too give a higher rating cause I love my dress I bought.....then I washed it.......holes in bottom.....seam coming undone and strap shredded ....on first wash ......and I paid over 37.00 for the dress... Not a happy camper...

        I usually don’t have problems at rue21 except having people constantly following me but today I had an employee spray coconut perfume in the air near me and I’m extremely allergic! I’ll get hives on my skin if sprayed directly on me and my throat swells up if I even inhale coconut scented things. I understand they’re supposed to spray perfume in their store but I had asked politely if they could spray it away from me because I was allergic and the employee reacted really rudely to me and told me I wasn’t allergic to coconut. Very rude costumer service!
