The Resort has beautiful grounds and the staff were all very kind. However there were a few things that made the stay less than five stars.The WiFi was horrible. I read this same complaint from other reviews and i was hopeful that it would have been addressed. It was difficult to search for anything using the WiFi..for example , looking for food options, things to do in the area, etcall painfully impaired due to the slow WiFi. This needs to be addressed. Second, if you stay in a room without laundry, you are left to use the outdated coin operated washer and dryer facilities . This needs to be updated in the year, 2024 why why why would you have coin operated machines. No one carries cash let alone coins. And vacation is supposed to be a vacation so doing laundry should not be a chore while vacationing . Its not an expensive upgrade to get a few stackable washer dryer units if you dont want to put them in all of the rooms as they should be. Third, the rooms need updating. Although clean, they need to be updated. The age is showing. I know Hyatt recently took over but they need to bring this resort up to standard. I dont think I would stay here again as I really think vacation should be a relaxing experience and the above issues made it less than . The grounds were beautiful but its the little things that make a resort top notch. Please make improvements because every guest, despite their room type, should enjoy the same relaxing experience.

I've delivered here for a job I used to work and have been here for the farmers market. It sends like a little town. They do have a couple restaurants and golf course. The staff I interacted with when I delivered seen pretty friendly. And it's partially secluded from any other nearby cities. The 15 freeway is right there.
