My sons heart condition requires us to visit his cardiologist routinely. The staff is always helpful and kind. They treat him with respect and do their best to explain everything in ways he and I both understand. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but they seem to try their best to minimize as much as possible.

We had an appointment time, but waited over 1.5hr. Also, poor customer service when inquiring on wait times.

I took my son here because it was the only close urgent care still open. We arrived at 8:55pm and walked in to check him in. The very rude lady checking in said they werent taking anymore patients. I looked at my watch, confused because they clearly closed at 10pm, she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. After reading other reviews Im thankful he wasnt seen here!

It is great that they have an urgent care. When you find out that your child is ill or gets injured after hours, it is nice to have somewhere to take them. Yes sometimes there is a wait but the staff is wonderful and so are the doctors. My insurance covers urgent cares when it is an emergency, so I would check your insurance to make sure it is covered before you go. Urgent care can be expensive. But, It is better than going to the ER where you run the risk of catching something.
