Was taken care of without an appointment. Wasnt told when my car would be ready but they were quick and and kept in touch. Issues with my car were explained clearly and fixed. Definitely recommend this Toyota for service.

Absolutely terrible service. Dishonest. I took my car in for routine maintenance. They suggested several additional maintenance activities they said were due including changing the spark plugs. They did all that work. When I got to the dealership to pick up my car. I called them out on the duplicate service. I had the spark plugs changed by them about 20,000 miles ago and it wasnt due again for about 100,000 miles more. They said that they would get everything right and to wait, but didnt tell me they were going to take the original spark plugs out of the garbage can and put them back into my car. I had to wait an additional hour and a half for them to do unauthorized service to my car of fixing their mistake. In addition, they tried to have me sign paperwork that said I refused service of changing the spark plugs when it was actually their mistake. Dishonest waste of time. Stay away from these amateurs!
