        They are fast, efficient and professional. It's one of the things I like about a business that focuses on only one or two specific services. They can be very good at those one or two things. I wish they would also do wheel alignments here as well, but I guess it doesn't fit their business model. They do give a recommendation for a local shop that does this work though

        Had a great experience all three times I've been to this discount tire. I scheduled an appointment to get two tires replaced and the day before my appointment one of them went flat. The great people here, especially Adam and the guy in the red shirt who I assume is the manager, got me a spare to use for the next day until my appointment time when my new tires arrived. They didn't even charge me for any of the labor or temp spare tire they let me borrow. This is the only discount tire I've ever worked with before, but just based off of my impression from this one, the customer service is very good and all the staff are friendly, straightforward, and honest.
