Had a pleasant interaction with the staff here. The space was cozy, small but they made great with the space available. Thanks to the young woman who helped me out with my purchase, was glad to know, if they didn't carry the size of shoes we were looking for, we could have it shipped for free to my home. Overall a good and pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff.

I stopped by quickly just to check out a pair of shoes that had caught my eye. Ray was quick to help me and ask if I was interested in any specific pair, I told him I was just browsing. Ray was super nice and helpful he was too kind. I ended up making a purchase and glad I did. 10/10 recommend Ray to help you with what you're looking for :) the store was pretty clean and organized as well.

Came to return shoes and extremely disappointed with my experience. I was not greeted when I came in and it took the employees a good 10 minutes before i was helped. My shoes were clearly unworn and I didn't have the receipt at first so they told me they'd give me credit. Turns out I find my receipt and they go back on their word, saying they look worn even though the tags are still on the shoes. Absolutely absurd considering i spent almost $200 on these shoes. Not only did they turn down my return but the blonde lady with streaks in her hair was extremely rude, condescending, and passive aggressive. Because of her and my terrible experience i will be taking my business elsewhere.

Awful customer service. Really rude employees that don't really help out. Save yourself the trouble and shop online. This location doesn't have good shoe size selection or style selection. The return policy is a joke.

Came here to return some shoes. I payed with my card but BEFORE I inserted my card in the machine, it kept saying declined. Called my bank and they said there's nothing wrong with my card especially since I am just returning something. The girl was acting very odd and told me that if it doesn't go through then she has to give me a gift card or use another card. Why would I use another card to return if it wasn't purchased with that one? and said she could not give me cash back even though I never asked for cash. To top it off she had an attitude for no reason. I will not come back to this location and I will return them to another location.
