We were referred to Jessica by friends that she's the best out there. She specializes in first time home buyers. She's text friendly. I appreciated her answering all our questions and daily updates with a quick response. The home we wanted to purchase was in a competitive market with multiple offers. With her expertise and prior relationship with the listing agent, she wrote a personalized cover letter and got our offer accepted. It truly helps who is representing you. She also makes it clear that this relationship goes beyond the sale and that we can ask her future questions regarding home ownership, remodeling, etc. I would definitely recommend her services!

We recently purchased our first home with Jessica and eQuest Realty & Mortgage! From our very first meeting, Jessica was incredibly helpful. She was always quick to reply to all of our questions. As first time home buyers we were a little intimidated by the process but Jessica guided us through every step along the way and helped us land our dream home. Jessica's expertise and experience saved us thousands of dollars beating out other offers, waiving fees we didn't need, and getting credits for repairs from the sellers. For such an important purchase I really think its important to have the right agent on your side. We're so happy that we went with Jessica and would not hesitate to use her again in the future!

We are currently working with Jessica on our refinance for a house that we purchased 4 years ago with her help. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. I highly recommend her if you're looking to refinance or buy a home in any part of Southern California. We purchased a house in Tustin, and not only did she help us find listings, but she also drove up to Orange County to view properties with us. Her insight during the process was extremely helpful. We had so many questions and she was always very thorough and prompt to respond.
