I worked with and under Habran Lara for a couple of years and had nothing but positive experiences. He was someone you could always go to for advice for just about anything, whether it was work or personal, he could always help. His communication skills helped the most because when working with someone that is the connection that keeps the workplace moving. I worked with Habran on a rental property that I sold in San Diego. He was amazing!! He was so responsive with any questions I had and he was so positive. He knew exactly what I should price the house for and literally had offers coming in the same day it went on the market. He was such a help through the entire process. I dont live in town so he was able to be my right hand man during the entire thing. He was able to let the inspector and appraiser in. I didnt have to worry about a thing.
