Tried calling to make an appoitment you cant even directly get ahold of the staff who work in the Escondido location. I left a voicemail and no return of phone call, I called again weeks later the recipionist who answered supposably was going to leave them a note but NothHING. PEOPLE are trying to seek help the least they can do is call back and say they are not working or accepting new patients! So unproffesional

I am leaving a review for the office. My sister called needing help. Her counselor sadly left and went out of her health insurance coverage. He gave her a list of recommendations. When she called to try and schedule the receptionist talked over her and didnt let her articulate her words. Leaving her counselor was hard on her she even scheduled a few out of pockets appointments to get the courage to be able to take on a new counselor. So when she called and the woman talking over her and not letting her work hand and hand to find the right therapist was shocking and left her shaking and sad. To top it off the receptionist hung up on her. When my sister called back she said she didnt appreciate the was she spoke to her and the attitude she was given. The reciptionist stated the attitude goes both ways
Look, when someone calls a psychiatric appointment office they may be struggling. To not be professional and listen and help with the client is unkind. My sister then spoke with the manager. When my sister told the manager how hurt she was about this the manager brushed it off and basically just said well lets make you an appointment. Realistically who would feel safe to come into a not so welcoming environment.
So I called in just to ask how I would just escalate my concern to get my voice heard. I was very polite, the woman had a tone and even scoffed at me. When all I asked was who would I make office complaints to. I didnt point fingers, I wasnt unkind. So for her to scoff just sent me right back to high school. I urge the manegment to remind the reciptionist to remember this is a place to help. Not to judge or being impatient. I hope this is addressed.
