        Over the last year, both of my parents have stayed at Palomar Heights on multiple occasions. The Staff and Administration are wonderful. They have shown amazing care for my parents and maintained a stellar line of communication with me. Kudos to PHPA!!!

        Staff all seemed very professional and organized and nice. Professional setting.

        First day I was there, the nurse gave me my roommates meds. The next week I was there, I spent all my time chasing PT and OT around trying to get the therapy I so desperately needed. Eventually, I did receive limited PT but they lost all of my clothes, new I might add, in their laundry. Last but certainly not least, it would take up to 2-3 hours to get a CNA to help me go to the bathroom and I had to return to the hospital I came from in order to recieve the medications prescribed. A total waste of 2 weeks and I still couldn't walk. Shame on you, Palomar Heights. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this Carnival.
