Jon is super attentive and the rest of the team is great too! Love the new chairs and they are always very nice. Make an appointment because they are ALWAYS busy.

When I first got there, I said I wanted three pedicures and one set of nails. The guy asked me three times to repeat it. I did. He said he understood. Then when I was getting my pedicure, one of the ladies pointed to me and said you want nails? I said yes. Then when I was done with my pedicure, I sat down and the guy started doing my nails. But he started painting them with some clear stuff that was weird so I asked youre doing nails right? He said yes this goes under the nail. Then he started to open the fingernail polish so I said OK wait a minute what are you doing? He said Im painting your nails I said no I didnt say paint nails I said a set of nails. He said well youre supposed to tell me when you come in. I said I said it three times to three different people. Then he had to remove all the gel and do acrylics. Then he just started clipping them when he was done I said I want them almond shape he said oh theyre too short to do almond shape. You shouldve said something. I said, when did you want me to say something when you were clipping them?. I said, when were you gonna ask me? Regardless, I let him finish the nails, they are horribly crooked and lumpy and beyond ugly.
