Has this place closed permanently? They never seem to be open.

Ordered a sandwich with no tomato and no pickles, got the sandwich and it had both. Told the guy working and I had a feeling he was going to just pick them off but I walked away anyways after he said he would bring it. Lo and behold he did in-fact pick them off. My only issue is what if it was an allergy and not just a preference.

Took thirty minutes for a pick up order that stated it would take 5 minutes, and when I got the order it was completely wrong. Staff did not show any care at all.

I am an employee at North County. On my lunch break I go to food court to grab food. This Charley Philly Steakhouse has suck a slow service you wont believe it. It takes the only 2 employees that works there at least 20 minutes to make my order. This time i decided to order online to save time but I wish i didnt. I ordered at 3:48pm and at checkout it said it would take 6 minutes and be ready at 3:52pm. They didnt hand me my order until 4:11pm. I will never be eating here again.
