Going into this home buying process, I was so full of self doubt. With the cost of housing skyrocketing and the demand for homes, I was certain that I wouldn't find anything within my budget and if I did, I would be outbid. I was a finger's length from calling it quits and resigning myself to being the lifelong renter. What a stress! ...But then, along came Blad. Recommended to me by a friend and with a little encouragement, I took the chance and called him. He knew exactly how to take what I assumed was a daunting experience and flipped it on it's head. I had a blast house hunting with this Real Estate agent and he was so informative when it came to the legal "mumbo jumbo" that seemed over my head. I walked away with an incredibly affordable house (and adorable too) in my desired neighborhood and with my chin held a little higher. I am very impressed with Blad and plan to rave about him to anyone I know who is thinking of jumping in the Real Estate pool.
