How to describe Lori? Imagine having a good friend who had inside real estate knowledge and was willing to take you through the entire process. That's how it feels to work with Lori. (Although, I don't think I've ever had a friend that responded so quickly to my texts and emails) My wife and I were first time home buyers. We had pretty much no idea how anything worked besides what we found on Google. Considering it was going to be the most important purchase of our lives to date, it was intimidating. The very first thing Lori did was sit down with us and walk us through the process. (Which can be quite intimidating to the uninitiated) She made sure we understood everything back to front. (Not everyone does this and it is super important) Next, during the home search, Lori was great. She knows the market very well, is very experienced, and had insights we didn't. During the offer process, Lori made sure we were protected and was clearly an advocate for us. She was not in it to just get the sale done. It took us over 6 months to find the perfect home for us. I trust her opinion and judgement implicitly at this point. To be fair, I didn't find Lori off of the internet. My uncle worked with her in the past and had such a positive experience that he recommended her to his son (my cousin) who also had such a great experience that he recommended her to me. Now, I am recommending her to you, whoever you are, without hesitation. Lori is an incredible real estate agent and an awesome person to boot. She got the deal done in a hyper-intense market and somehow charmed everyone while doing it. Cannot recommend her enough.

My fiance and I worked with Lori Ratliff to buy our first home. Lori is truly a gem. She had our best interests in mind and saved us from making a terrible mistake - we thought we had found our perfect house, but Lori took a second, much more experienced look, and found extensive water/structural damage with the home that would have cost us more than we could afford to fix. Lori was so patient with us, and showed us house after house - never pressuring us to buy when we weren't sure. We ended up purchasing a brand new home through Lori, and we are over the moon.
