MHS - Family Forces

We recently had water damage to our master bath due to the wax ring breaking. They had to replace the tile. We used MHS construction who our insurance nationwide recommended. It has been a horrible experience. They trimmed the door frame too much to put in the tile so there was a huge gap, which they have now filled with caulking. They used the wrong paint, glossy when should have been flat and flat when should have been glossy. Insurance approved to have a cupboard replace and they reinstalled it with water damage, when I called them on it they just replaced one shelf and the side and want to charge us almost $800 to repair cupboard. They put up the old baseboards that they broke when removing when insurance approved to have new baseboards installed. Then when they put in the new baseboards they broke one and have many nail holes in others they used. They are trying to get paid for walls they did not paint. They left grout and caulking all over the walls, floors and baseboards. That is just to name a few issues. This has been going on since March 7th. 😢😡
