Their USCIS Physical Exam service is great! The staffs are nice, especially the coordinator is well-versed in the USCIS paperwork. They are willing to reseal my package with a $50 fee.

All I can say is I wish we would've checked the reviews before coming here. So far we've been waiting over 90 minutes for school immunizations. That's it. Besides the incredibly rude staff, they have no respect for the time of others and they completely lack time management skills. It's mind blowing that it's taking so long when we were the only ones waiting. Who makes an appointment but still doesn't see you after over 90 minutes? Seriously, who does that?? This place is truly bottom of the barrel in medical care. The worst part, the exam rooms are FILTHY, gross. The entire facility is. I've seen veterinary facilities cleaner than this place!

My health insurance assigned this location as my new primary care facility. I'm feeling extremely thankful that I did not base my own possible experience on these reviews. Honestly After reading them I felt worried and almost requested a change of choice. I hate Doctor visits as it is. So just figured I'd push through it and request the change afterwards. ( I was only needing a referral anyways ). BUT to my surprise it was a COMPLETELY different experience then I was expecting. Not only was the entire staff extremely polite and professional, They took my appointment seriously. I felt heard and was shocked at how fast my referral was processed and approved. Not even 2 hrs later I received a call from the specialist. The doctor had a lot of knowledge and knew exactly what she was talking about. She even convinced me to schedule a physical. Which is a huge deal for me. It's been years since my last check up. I also want to mention that, There was absolutely no language barrier during my entire visi and the facility was clean. ( Yes this is a very long review, but I felt this place deserves some recognization as well as some well deserved credit) Especially after reading the prior bad view ratings. - Thanks

I had an appointment today. I asked if I could bring my little ones in with me they say no, ok, whatever, I had my mother in law with me to watch the kids, so they wait in the car. I got there 20 minutes early because I knew I'd need to fill out new patient paperwork and completed the paperwork before my appointment time. I waited an hour past my appointment time and when they finally called me in, they asked me the same questions that were on the paperwork that I had just filled out. I wait about 15 minutes for the dr to show up after that and I hear my 12 week old baby wake up and start crying. The dr finally shows up, spends 10 minutes with me and then says I need to wait for referral and lab paperwork. I am starting to stress because my baby is still not settling down with my mother in law. She actually pops in to ask if I'll be out soon because my baby was just not settling down. They have a non committal "she'll be out soon" and after about 10 more minutes I just start leaving so I can take care of the baby. They tell me I need to go back because they need to give me my paperwork and I snap at them that I need to take care of my baby. They've wasted an hour extra of my time because they couldn't bother to see me on time and now they are keeping me from my crying baby. I should have brought the baby in with me in the first place, but I thought that I'd be an hour max. I wish I had read the reviews of this place before making my appointment. I'm never going back there again.
