image Had an appointment today at 10 am, arrived at 10:12 due to the construction on FW15 and they wouldnt take me in, had me reschedule the appointment. But when they are late I have to wait. They made me waist 50 mins of driving, plus the time I was in the office. Impossible to call them while driving, there are so many prompts and wait times to get a hold of them!

image Keeps getting better, I ran out of one of my Rx, had the pharmacy called the docor's office for a refill, they tell me they cannot refill it because I have not been on it??? Seriously why would I need a refill if I had not been on it??
In addition, they tell me I have to make an appointment, I tell them I have requested an appointment online 3 weeks ago, reminded them a week ago, they tell me you can't. They don't even know their own system. Have they become that clueless?
Trying to make or reschedule and appointment is a pure nightmare, you are on hold forever or their online systems do not talk to each other forcing you to reenter the information they already have, even if you are already logged into their system. A pure waste of time and energy just trying to set an appointment

image Absolutely insane. Doctor Molai is great. Shes been kind and addresses my concerns.
Getting an appointment or a prescription is a complete nightmare.
Every time I call I am on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. There is no option to leave a message. There is no online option to be able to schedule an appointment so Im forced to wait on hold on the phone.
Last time I requested a renewal of my birth control it was a complete disaster. Someone from the front desk renewed the wrong prescription from my history even though I spelled it out and provided the strength of both brand and generic. They called me back confused when I notified them of the mix up. The person in the front didnt know the difference between two completely different medications and didnt understand the issue. Once it was cleared up, they sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy, not the one I asked them to. I provided the pharmacy name and information. It was ridiculous. It took a whole month to get the whole issue worked out.

image My doctor here is very nice, helpful and quick. However the facility as a whole is barely short of a disaster. I used the patient portal to send a message and give them a heads up that my pharmacy would be requesting a birth control Rx for a different strength than what they have on file, because their file was outdated. No one read my message.They responded to the pharmacy by sending over the wrong outdated rx. This caused the rx to be put on hold by the pharmacy to clarify because it did not match the request. I called the office 3 times, each of which were over 25 minute hold times. There is no option to leave a message. I almost drove over there because there is no other way to contact them.I spoke to someone to clarify, and had it all sorted out. Five minutes later Mayra called me from the office with an attitude confused as to why I would be asking for another birth control rx when she just sent one out the other day. Had to call back and clarify again that these are not the same medication, they are different strengths and they sent the wrong one. When they finally understood and sent an rx for the correct medication and strength, they sent it to the WRONG PHARMACY. I clarified and provided the contact information for OptumRx and they sent it to CVS. While talking to the person from the office they said CVS, and I clarified that I want to be sure it is OptumRx. Yet it was still wrong. Now I'm trying to get the pharmacies to deal with the transfer to avoid having to deal with the doctors office at all again. It's ridiculous and concerning really that I am explaining to receptionist (didn't catch her name) and Mayra the difference in strength and ingredients in these medications. Completely exhausted from this whole experience.

image The Cardiologist at Palomar Hospital & Graybill are nothing more than ambulance chasers. This includes Dr. Orr from Graybill,  Dr. Lin from Palomar,   Dr. Dowd head Administrator at Palomar and Dr. Nemceff from SDVC.  They would lie about the need for surgery and they have no regard for your quality of Life.  Dr. Orr, along with Dr Lin (spelling) and Dr. Dowd (DOA) when I refused to have "Open Heart Surgery" Dr. Orr declared that "he hoped I ended up in Hospice" which basically means Dr. Orr told me he Hopes I died in Hospice! I'm now 66 years old & I've never had a Doctors tell me that I should die!  Imagine having this team operating on your Heart or any part of your body.   When Dr. Orr told that he I should die in Hospice, Dr. Lin second that motion by saying, "Yeah!" Dr. Dowd was with them to try to strong arm me into having the surgery.   I had already told Dr. Lin after sleeping on it that I Did NOT WANT TO HAVE SURGERY that morning at 7am when he Called.  Later At approximately 9:00am,  these three Doctors, Dr.Orr,  Dr. Lin, and  Dr. Dowd approached my room,  I thought They can't be serious bc I was not going to be intimidated by what appears to be three Racist disrespectful Doctors and that's when Dr. Orr became very unprofessional & unethical bc they completely Ignored my rights as a patient!   Please note these So call Doctors Never explained how this surgery would improve my life or that my heart would worsen if I didn't have the surgery!   Besides, this surgery only became Necessary bc the Picc Palomar placed in me fell out & that lead to me having surgery to remove that Picc & as result I Developed or now have blood clots which cost me  thousands in medications like Eliquis (527.00 dollars each refill) and an additional hospital stay to correct their mistakes. Every time I'm in this hospital I come home with bruises that feel like battle scars or souvenirs! Palomar instructs the Nurses to take blood often with Hopes of finding something wrong with you!  If you ever have to go to Palomar take care of the emergency and leave ASAP and don't let do additional surgeries without a second Outside Opinion, never trust anyone at that hospital or their Associates.Finally, Dr. Orr said I had a "leak in my Heart" but my Heart was Actually Okay, so Why have Open Heart Surgery with Doctors that Don't care if I live or how I live...I wish a MF'er would...if I died on that table the Doctors would not be liable,   but they have New Boats, New Cars,   Great Vacations,    Private Schools for their grandkids...the End. Not on my watch! I can't wait to change Hospitals...Note: I'm now at Kaiser & still don't need Open Heart Surgery! Graybill is a Terrible Hospital and Y'all should runaway! You could die before they'll Notice!  Nobody from Graybill offered an apology or expressed any disapproval of Dr. Orr telling me he Hoped I die in Hospice! Not one word...
