Pre-ordered something from this company in Jan 2024 that was suppose to be available in March 2024. They took my money and now have just refunded me and canceled my order. Like really? Now Im going to have to order elsewhere and wait even longer because this company makes promises they clearly have no intention of keeping. Dont order from here if you actually want the items youre looking for.

Its been over a month since I placed my $300 online order. Website said In stock and when I called after no shipping information after 2 weeks I was told my order would be shipped after they have available stock to ship around the end of January. Zero response to emails.

I placed an order on 12/30. I called checked on told me be delivered in Feb still nothing, called no answer voice-mail full and emailed no email response. So save your time and money. DO NOT BUY FROM

I placed an order a couple weeks ago and was informed that my order would be here a week and a half ago and it still hasn't come. I have sent several emails and no one has replied to me and no one answers the phone. This is not good customer service at all.
