THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST EVER!! ALL STAFFS EVEN THOUGH HALF OF THEM represent sea world animals despite being DISRESPECTFUL AND EXTREMELY RUDE OWNER MUST BE DESPERATE TO HIRE THESE LOW GRADE disrespectful illiterates THEY DIFF DON'T REPRESENT THE AREA...DISGUSTING. THEY NEED TO GO JOIN THE GYM OR A DIET SO THEY FEEL BETTER ABOUT THEMSELVEs YES I said!! SHAMU WORKING TONIGHT MADE SURE TO shout FRONT OF EVERYONE WHERE THE CLEARANCE WAS ( lmfao ) despite having customers right in front of her (so I had asked earlier about the 20% off section 5-8 minutes had passed and I was already near the clearance (lmfao) standing right front of the clearance (lol) I ASKED HER TO TURN AROUND AND HELP THE CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF HER AND THAT i WAS GOOD while giving her that stare embarrassing her front of everyone (hope she learnt).. i diff can handle disrespect & the owners are real victim!! Fire these illiterates!!! Hire local ladies!! My daughters (both honor roll students at RB high school) have more manners, class, and customer service smiles than these shamus all together SAD. the victim! Fire these employees hire some local ladies who are friendly, classy, and respectful!

Ive always been a big fan of Pagoda just because Ive never had a bad experience with them taking care of my toddlers jewelry needs since I took her as a baby to get her ears pierced in one of their locations in Northeast Virginia. First time visiting the mall so I had trouble locating them. I called and the staff were very friendly. The gentleman I spoke with was so patient he guided me to where they were located. Upon arriving, he paid attention to our needs and allowed my toddler to pick out her jewelry. A big plus was they had buy one get 2 half off. I highly recommend for parents looking to get their toddlers jewelry.

Nice jewelry selection and friendly staff. When I was looking for a particular item they located that item Nd contacted me upon its arrival....I returned to the location and purchased 2 items they set aside for me. So nice they had what I was looking for as I have been searching with no luck till now

Store representative served poor customer service in which she attended to me last even though I arrived first. I knew exactly what I wanted and made that known but she still decided to ignore me. Needless to say I left after letting her know how unsatisfied I was. Race was the only factor.
