This place is just BARELY hanging on by a thread- the people behind the counter are personable, but the condition of everything... it looks like the whole building was abandoned for 5 years, and they just reopened today. They apparently used to serve fresh food, but haven't done so in the 2+ years that I've been visiting- just a huge mess in the back third of the store. All the coolers except the beer fridge (clearly the only thing they actually care about ) are always just a few degrees below room temp- including in the summer when they literally sell beverages warm. DO NOT buy perishable food here- ALL of their stock is COVERED in dust, and every item I checked is expired - some of it for over a year! This place is so sad. I feel bad being honest about it because it's my local store and I see that they're clearly struggling, but at the same time I have to warn my neighbors that, at this moment at least, this place SHOULD BE AVOIDED.
