This company did some work for me in 2015. When I had some problems with the shower doors they installed, they came back repeatedly until the problem was fixed. However, I recently contacted them again to do some work. They made an appointment but never showed up or called. When I called them back in case there was some mixup, the receptionist said she would call me back and never did. I have no problem if they simply don't want the job, but it was both unprofessional and inconsiderate to make an appointment they had no intention of keeping.
