Kicked our previous vendor to the curb. Unresponsive, price gouging, etc. Found ASI on Google and they had great reviews. My experience was very professional and timely. Prices were fair and our technician was very polite and knowledgeable. I give everyone 5 stars for the whole process - start to finish. Will be our go-to service annually for our extinguisher service and certification.

I am a senior citizen on fixed income. I called ASI to check my fire sprinklers and their service charge was $380. I didn't see what they checked in the garage, but left soon. When I asked them what they did and please leave me some instructions so I can check myself every year, they said, "Sure, we'll write detailed instructions and email it to you with the bill". Until now, I haven't received any email or explanations from them via e-mail. I received a bill in the mail for $380 and the words "Recommended" and "Quote No. 2346 To Follow" both in quotations, and nothing else. Until today (2.19/2024) I haven't received any explanation from them. I have received two phone calls regarding the payment of the bill, nothing else. The way they have set up the ratings, it won't allow you to give them only one star.
