This dry cleaning company is a disgrace.
I entrusted them with sentimental attire that was irreplaceable, and they destroyed it. Not only did they ruined it, they lacked the professionalism in not making their customers the first priority, especially when the company was at fault. Their inadequate rectitude to provide the proper amendments, is appalling. My family and friends WILL NOT be leaving our valued items in the care of these "professionals.

Whatever you do, do not trust this place with your valuable or sentimental clothing. Empire dry cleaning ruined an extremely special garment and wasnt honest about the issue when picking up the clothing. Luckily we looked over the items and discovered the damaged material. They admitted it was their error and asked that we provide proof of purchase. They didnt follow up for days so we had to keep calling, to which they said they were not going to do anything about it although it was their fault. This business doesnt not stand behind the service they provide and lacks integrity. BEWARE!!

I went two different times to have a couple dresses altered at the shoulders. The first time I came they said oh you have to come in in the morning and before 12 1230 so I came back and then they said oh can you come in Monday and I just think thats really poor service so I am giving them only one star because Im very disappointed not to be able to get something done that I wanted, what is going on Service: Alterations

If I could give zero stars I would:I have been going to this location for over twenty years spanning 3 different owners. The current owners have run the place for several years.  I bring my work uniforms here including white dress shirts, blazers, ties and pants. A couple months ago I noticed that my expensive dress shirts all had a light brown tinge to them and were spotty/mottled. I took them back to the cleaners to see what happened and I was told that it was caused by something in my work environment or my own body. They denied any responsibility. My thought? First, I have been doing the same job as a pilot for over 25 years. The environment hasn't changed. Two, I shower everyday.  I have no doubt that this is a result of their negligence...either human error such as over-pressing or faulty/dirty machinery. If they were honest, they would have taken responsibility and they would have offered some sort of restitution. I spend a few hundred dollars every month in their shop. Also when I brought up the issue, the owner quickly walked away and let their worker to deal with me. Cowardly.I took my shirts to another cleaner in Esco and they let the shirts soak overnight and did everything they could to take out the stains. Unsuccessful. They told me that based on the brown pattern on my dress shirts it was most likely a dirty machine followed by the pressing which sealed the stain into the shirts. Six of them!Don't go here. It's expensive and they aren't honest people. I wouldn't risk ruining your clothes. It's not worth it and they won't take responsibility.
