      image Went there in the morning (11am), they were supposed to send my Rx to CVS, it's 3pm, CVS still has not received it. I tried to call them 3 times, they never pick up the call, typical of the whole Palomar Group. When you finally get through their automated system you get the "your call is important to us" until it's not anymore to you obviously. Finally got through after 4 attempts and the Rx had not been sent, this is totally unprofessional, especially when it's a time sensitive medication

      image Front desk she was very rude. She said i have to wait 3 1/2 hours,. Im still here nobody called me yet this urgent care the worst urgent care Ive never seen. I have pain fever all my joints pain and the doctor give me cough control medication thats so funny before I leave I ask her what kind of medicine you gave me she said antibiotic when I pick up my prescription from CVS it mentioned its for cough control.
