I got comfortable with staff. sessions were typically painless. I was actually referring people to this office.. However, I had to cancel one appointment last minute due to a family emergency (that was the first/only time I did that without a 24 hour notice) since then I have been ghosted and im left with two unfinished teeth that are extremely painful. Just very unprofessional and unfortunate that a dr will act that way towards a patient. Mind you, this was not a reoccurring thing.

Very poor bedside manner. Absolutely horrible at explaining treatment, process and most impotantly discharge instructions. The dental assistant on the other hand was great. She was attentive and compassionate to patients comfort , suction needs and pain tolerance. I will NEVER come back and would not recommend this surgeon to anyone. Only because he performs oral surgeries where I think informing his patients of expectations before and after surgery should be on his priority list.
