        Placed order, received confirmation and then nothing happend for many days. Send a few emails asking about a shipping date but received no answer. Telephone number goes to a voice mail. I wonder if this is a real trade or a scam.

        Placed my order on 03/29 and STILL have yet to hear from them about it being shipped. No big deal so I email them...twice... 2 weeks later after asking for an update and "Nicole Anderson" is still ignoring my emails. Now i'm not even sure if this website is even real or a scam. Terrible customer service (avoid if possible).

        They made a wonderful job of sending a USED item after they got stuck with the out of stock website purchasing .. the pictures below shows the marks where the case fitting on and so side were powder coated .. and the bolts indicates with tight lines as been used .. say hello to KTM TWIN professional business
