        In August of 2023 we contacted Ameriteks for service on our copier that stopped working. It took them until Mid December to get us a working copier. The whole time I had to contact them dozens of times to get status updates. They never followed through on their promises as stated. It always required me to follow up and poke at them. Week after week after week this went on. There was no concern on their part that the entire time we were without a copier/scanner. It is now coming up on March 2024 and I am still trying to get replacement supplies that they promised me as part of our deal. Seven months this has been going on. I highly recommend you do not use this company unless you are prepared to baby sit them for months on end and pull all of your hair out. Their service is REALLY HORRIBLE.

        HORRIBLE SERVICE-- DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE - They confirmed an appointment, no showed, then when I called to find out why they blamed me for not calling them back to reconfirm. When you have a confirmed appointment you should show up.
