Brady Brown Construction did an awesome job on my pickleball/basketball court. Their crew was respectful and did great quality work. Their quote was reasonable and lower than my other bid and they didn't go over budget. I have already referred them to other friends.

We absolutely love our new game court! They were very professional and on time! We especially love the logo we had them place in the center of the court.

I reached out to Brady Brown construction to get a estimate for a custom batting cage build - they were serving the Escondido area and I had just relocated there. Fairly basic project. It was very difficult to pin down a day and time to have Brady or his team come to the location to survey the property. He was noncommittal on when he could come, I let him know I needed to choose a date and time since we would have to meet him at the location. Finally was able to get together with him on August 19 where we discussed the project onsite and he let me know that he would be putting together an estimate to get right back to me. I followed up by email and text several times with no responses over the next 2 weeks. As of August 31, I still had not heard back from him or received responses to any of my follow ups. Extremely unprofessional to say the least. I was counting on his company to do the project since he is in the area and markets custom batting cages (perfect fit). If youre looking for someone trustworthy to work with who communicates, I would not recommend this company. I let him know on August 31 I was going to move on and will not be following up any further since I still had not heard back to 4 prior attempts. I let him know that I would leave this review.
Hi Brady, this will be my last check in with you. I will just leave some feedback on yelp. I dont understand how a business comes out to do an estimate and then never responds to their customer?
He finally responded back with the following:
Im a very busy guy. Im way backed up on paperwork and was planning to get this out to you today. It doesnt sound like we are a good fit and I wish you luck. You are not my customer.
We are all busy. I would expect any prospective customer would want to be treated with a little more courtesy and to just be told the company is busy and they dont have time.
I reached out to another company, batting cages USA. They showed up at the location the next day and provided the estimate the same day. Would recommend you shop around if working with someone you can trust is important.
