I hired Premium Pro Painting based on recommendations from a friend. The initial experience was good - the price is good and they were courteous, clean and efficient. However, the exterior paint on our trim started peeling within months of completing the job. We had them come back out and fix the paint, which we were told had peeled because of some unfinished repairs on our side before they started painting. We paid an additional fee to have them seal the repairs and fix the paint on all of the peeling trim. In just a few months, the paint began peeling again. Having paid them to fix their work the first time, this was no longer an issue with preparation - or at least it shouldn't have been. We contacted them about the peeling again, and Cesar came a looked and promised to come back out and fix it this August. When August came and we heard no word from them, we reached out. We've left texts and phone messages - maybe 15? 20? And haven't heard from them at all. Being ghosted instead of fixing trim paint that needed to be repaired is bad form, especially when we've paid extra to have this fixed already. It looks worse than before we had it painted the first time. Very disappointed, and now it looks like we need to get another painter to come and fix his work.

THE BEST!! As Realtors, we have Cesar & Premium Pro Painting do a lot work on clients homes. It would reflect poorly on us if it wasnt the very best. Cesar just finished our own home with some color changes... Really spectacular!! Could not be more pleased and we highly recommend them for your painting needs, interior or exterior or both!
