Very honest and straightforward business owner. He gave me WONDERFUL speakers. My mother could hear it from inside the house when I was showing them off. Theyre not only loud but theyre clear and the bass really pounds through. Couldnt recommend this place and man enough.

WOW GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Called other shop in area, felt like they werent really motivated to help me so tried another shop. JC POWER TO THE RESCUE :-) owner invited me down on the spot, sold me some electronics, even took the time to test wire in my car, and helped with installation of electronic module... I'm now going to have him work on my brand new 2024 Santa Cruz sound system, due to the professionalism and trust I have with this company. Owner is a trustworthy family man. NEW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE :-)

Couldn't believe how quickly this very professional crew swapped an old radio/CD player in my 2007 Toyota Tacoma with a new JVC audio contol head that added Blutooth, USB and mini-jack inputs that I never had before. JC Power Audio has the best price in town and had the parts on site to do the job immediately. I was just stopping by to see what would be involved to replace my old radio. My needs were quickly understood, and I was shown devices that would work best for me. It was only an hour and a half from their closing time when I asked to make an appointment. They said if I had 45 minutes, they could do the job right then. Once completed, I was surprised at how great the new device looked in my dashboard. I was given a full briefing on using the features, and even had Blutooth pairing set up with my smartphone. I felt welcomed by the friendly owner and technician, and am exceptionally happy with their work that has me now owning a proper state-of-the-art audio system in my trusty old truck.

Sadly many companies nowadays do not live up to their promises. This is not the case with JC Power Audio Shop Escondido CA. My wife hit a bump and lost sound from her radio. We were in the process of buying a new car. We called the dealer and explained we could not sell without a working radio. Even though we were buying a new car from them the earliest appointment was mid May and we knew they would take us over the coals. Under a recommendation from a friend we called JC Power and immediately knew these guys were professional. They said it might be a fuse and if so it is quick and no charge. If more than that we needed to bring the car in and the service charge was $85. I explained while this was a factory unit that was upgraded to GPS I had the original. It turn out not to be a fuse and my wife brought it in the following day. I asked if she wanted me to go with her and she said I am very comfortable with them they seem like pros and very trustworthy. In the end the unit could not be fixed but using some the parts I bought in they converted the radio back to the original. I have no doubt they spent several hours and I expected a bill for a couple of hundred dollars. When my wife went in they only charged the original $85 saying we wish we could have gotten the other section working but since the car is ten years old parts are hard to come by. They proudly stated; "We have been in business for 18 years, We are a family oriented company and specialize on Car audio, video, security, lighting and accessories for vehicles. At the moment there is 3 of us at the office with me running the company, Julio and Noe as technicians and also my daughter as marketing specialist." With the original back in the car and working we traded it in yesterday and my wife has a new car. Thanks JC Power 5 stars I highly recommend this shop. They are very tech savvy and extremely fair and honest
